Mindfulness is The Beginning of Change

After my “blah and tired” feelings the other day, y’all KNOW I started reflecting. First, though, I prayed to my Creator. I talked to Him about my feelings and asked for help, for insight and guidance. Last, I asked for an obedient spirit to do His will.

These pics represent why I feel tired. I miss all of these things:
❤️ spending time on my patio on Sundays, planning for the week ahead;
❤️ Walking without having to put on 3 layers of clothes;
❤️ Spending family time at the beach and capturing amazing photos;
❤️ Speaking to an in person group of people.

Now add to that the stress (I put on myself) of creating valuable courses, workbooks and SM content and I should’ve expected what I experienced: fatigue and weariness.

So KP, what did you do? What are you going to do?
