Often, our Pride will keep us from saying those 3 simple words, “I am sorry.” Pride definitely keeps us from going further and saying, “What can I do to rectify the situation?”
You know what I am going to say next…. it’s time for self reflection. Is it hard for you to say “I’m sorry?” Do you engage with folks who find it hard to apologize and take steps to rectify a hurt?
