It’s perfectly okay to acknowledge your feelings. Do not attempt to bury them.Even if you’re not able to physically see your friends/family, schedule some virtual time with them. Stay connected. You can even have a virtual meal with them!Is there a person, family, or organization you can offer assistance to this season? Often, we can find joy in blessing others.Reflect on the good times. Maintain a sense of gratitude for the joyful times you’ve experienced in life.Reconnect with your Higher Power through meditation, prayer, or fellowship with fellow believers.
