KP’s Wellness Journey 2021 Continues

It was too cold!!

Last week was rough. But I made it through and I’m on day 2 of walking this week. It was soooo cold 🥶 out there this morning! I think I saw snow ❄️ flakes!This week my goal is 4 days/4 miles per day. I’m continuing to monitor my BS to make sure I don’t bottom out.

OAN: it’s gonna take a minute to warm these old bones up 🥶🤦🏾‍♀️😂
