Got another 3 miles in this morning. As of today, I’m down 40 lbs with another 10 to go to meet my PCP’s 50 lb weight loss goal. Hopefully before the year is out, I will be taking less meds.
This week reminded me of one thing: I have to take my meds, eat right, and exercise for my numbers to be in a healthy range. If I neglect any of these areas, my wellness plan will not work.
While COMPLETE REST means COMPLETE FAITH, that doesn’t mean I do not have an active role in my life. I do my part and my Creator does His. I just have to do better on my part❤️
