KP’s Wellness Update

My BS and BP were awesome this morning! I am so grateful!

I’ve been walking my same 4 miles/day, 5 days a week. I tried the 5 mile thing last week and realized, AGAIN, that I’m not ready for it. Purple Pots, LLC is keeping me nourished with salmon salads during the week. My water intake and med compliance are improving.

I try not to focus on my weight but I do weigh myself multiple times a week (my confession). The biggest difference I see is in how my clothes fit. This morning, I tried on a pair of jeans in a size I hadn’t worn since I was in my early 20s. Crazy!

Anywho, I still love Arnold Palmer but I’m drinking it less. I keep reminding myself that life is a journey, not a sprint. Take it easy and enjoy your weekend❤️
