Negative/ traumatic events from our childhood will have us believing all sorts of horrid things about ourselves: “I am not lovable,” “I am not worthy,” “I am dumb….”
None of that is true! We have to look at those thoughts as a distant memory. Create new and more nurturing words to say to our inner child that allow us to move forward and finally be free….
